Engine 41 is a 1986 American Eagle/ Spartan Gladiator, 6 man enclosed cab pumper. It was one of the first pumpers in RI to have a fully enclosed jumpseat area. In addition to being a 1250 GPM pumper carrying 1000 gallons of water and 1200 feet of 4" LDH, E-41 also serves as a ALS licensed non-transporting Rescue. It is powered by a 300 hp Cummins Engine and a 4 speed Allison Automatic Transmission. Engine 41 is HJFD's primary response piece.
