The Hope- Jackson Fire Company relies on each and everyone of its active crew members for daily operations. Among these 59 active members are 22 Fire-Fighter Level 1 & II, all Haz-mat operations level; 5 Haz-mat Technicians; 1 Arson Investigator, and 40 EMTs (7 Paramedics, 10 Cardiac Techs, and 23 Basics). Through the combined efforts of all, the department's average response time is less then 3 minutes with an average crew of 17 personnel.
